Children on Spousal Application

Hi there...New to the Forum..and already want to say thanks for all of the help that it has given me!

My wife and I are in in the process of submitting an Outside Canada application (London), and had a question about our son.

He was born in the UK, but has his Canadian Citizenship card (through proof of citizenship). Do I need to include him on my wife's immigration application anywhere? Does he need to be mentioned on the form 'Application to Sponsor and Undertaking', 'Accompanying Dependant children of persons 1 and 2'??

He needs to be included in IMM 5406 (Additional Family Information) and in IMM 5481 (Sponsorship Evaluation), but not in the Undertaking or PR Application form (IMM 0008).
