Children information misplaced -Post ITA _Please Help_Urgent

I entered my kids information in Family information section properly.
(First child born in India Second child Born in Canada)

When I proceed to Permanent Residence Application section , Child informations are misplaced.My second child details are appeared inn First child form ( Like Name and Birth details - Those are uneditable items and system and prompts to Family information section). Header name details are appear properly. My second child informations are displayed properly .
Did anyone come across similar kind of issues ? Please help me how to resolve the same .

Under personal history for each child there is a new field that was added, something about citizenship. answer that question and save and exit. Once done, the details will appear in the upload section.

Hi kat_jack,

I had the same problem yesterday. Just answer the question of citizenship as for the correct child regardless of what is written. I.e. answer no for you Indian child even if the name and details is for you Canadian child and then answer yes for you Canadian child.

All information about my second child(born in Canada )in fine. My first child information carries my second one.

In the initial profile. My first child, non-Canadian, carried the lock information of my Canadian child. I restarted that section a couple of times and still nothing changed. Then I just carried on with it as if the correct locked information was there.
In the beginning, I answered yes for the Canadian citizenship, as it was asking for my Canadian son. When I went to my personalized document checklist, it considered both of my children as Canadians and asked for their proof of citizenship. I went back and answered no the the same question in my first born section and the document checklist became normal again. Asking for passport, birth certificate, medicals and photo.
I also made my Canadian son as non-accompanying so there will be no fees for him.

Uploading document section is fine.

PR application form section still carries my second child(born in Canada) information in First child section.

Am I missing any information updates?

Yep. I have the same problem. My first child's locked information still contains my Canadian's son information. My problem was the document checklist didn't want to populate any fields for my first born.

Still your first child has Canadian born child information as locked?

Is there any workaround ? I complained with "share with CIC"

Yeah My first child locked information contains my second child's information. CIC tech support usually don't answer. I'm thinking of starting the application all over again just to start freshly. If they answer you..please share their response.

I'll just click on the button "Start again". It won't do the trick if the problem is embedded in the codding of the website. On the bright side, my first born's name is correct on section header and on the document check list. Worst case scenario is to write what happened in the LOE.
