If someone can guide about dependent for child care pilot 2024 .i have all the documents but I am separated from my husband been 4 years .should I still add him in as dependent as soon we are filing for divorce and I do not have any access to his educational documents to fill the info .i do not have legally separated document yet so still considered married .if I add him then portal asks for all the info .please suggest
