My father came with my sister on a temporary resident visa and now he is leaving bruptly leaving her under my care almost without my consent. All my paperwork is in order and am in the process of getting my post diploma work permit. I wanna know what are my options since I don't want her to stay here ilegally and neither do I want that jeopardize my process. Will she be deported because my father, whom she came with at fist, left? She is attending high school , given this right because of my parent status originally. She is only 13 and I'm 22.
