Child support

Does anyone have any information on paying child support to the US? How does it work with the dollar difference? Your new wage compared to the one your support payments were based off in the states? I have been searching the internet but everything is confusing and am not sure how to go about addressing it. Thanks

To the best of my knowledge you would have to go back to court (i.e. back in front of a judge) to change the amount of the support payments.
