Child passport application from delhi

Hi , does anyone know how to apply for Canadian child’s passport from Delhi office? I’m told I cannot apply from within Canada if the child is outside Canada. Can we apply online to Delhi office? Or do we have to go in person? Does the child have to go as well? The first passport expired. If anyone who have been through or heard of similar situation please comment. Thank you

Hi, did you get any response to this and apply for your child? My child is in India and I (Canadian) is in Canada. Can I apply for child passport in Canada?
