Can my Child get Canadian Citizenship though both parent are not citizen of canada whereas have the Permit to residency. Furthermore, I have British citizenship whereas my husband sponsord me to canada and now I am confused if my child will be able to get canada citizenship or he will get permit to residency?

If your child is born in Canada then the child is automatically a citizen.

Yes, as long as the parents are not diplomats.

Your child will be a citizen for being born in Canada and you can also register your child for British citizenship. Talk to the British embassy about that. If the husband is from a 3rd country, it is possible that the child could get his citizenship too.
