Child and Partner in Canada but I can't stay

My Significant other just had our baby. Baby and her and great. I'm a father from the states. Because of different issues, they can't come back to the states with me. Is there a way for me to come and work in Canada?

Are you married (spousal)? Have you lived together for at least a year (common-law)? If no to both, you can try conjugal partner sponsorship, but I believe it's more difficult to prove.

No way a Conjugal sponsorship would work.

The OP either has to get married, or apply as common-law if they've lived together (anywhere) for at least 365 consecutive days.
