Chest medical exam

Hi,
I done my medical exam for express entry everything is good but in chest x-ray there is 3mm calcified granuloma in left hilium but there is no evidence of active tuberculosis.
I never had tb in-fact. Even the report says no evidence.
Can i pass medical exam?
How can i check that i passed medical exam and should i ask panel physicians about it?
Its been 7 days
Is there any issue or cic will ask to do more tests?
Anyone please suggest.

Please don’t post the same thing many times. It is hard to say whether you will pass or you’ll be asked to do a sputum test and repeat chest x-ray in 3 months. 7 days is not a lot of time for the panel physician to send the report and then IRCC assess it. It may take a few more weeks. You will be contacted if more tests are needed.
