Chemical Laboratory Technician Course study Requirement

I have finished Btech in Chemical Engg in June 2015,I want to pursue Chemical Lab Technician Course.But my Btech 1st year Marks are not good.

I think this course require Chemistry, Biology, Math evaluation.

Chemistry Grade D (for 50-59 marks)
Math-1 Grade D
math-2 Grade E ( for 40-49) JUST passed
English Grade E
Biology Grade D

Rest I have Good Grades.

((2nd year Numerical Method Grade C ( for 60-69))

My overall Cgpa 6.92==65.74%.

I have done +2 in Non Medical with 79% with good marks in PCM and English.

Can I get this Course????

What are the Job opportunities for this course????

But Cant I Apply through 10+2 Non-Medical?
Have Good Marks in all subjects
overall 79%
I dont know if they need Biology or not.
