Hello...is there anybody out there? (Pink Floyd) ;D

On a more serious note.... I am applying with my family (wife & child-2 yrs old) under the FSW program. We are planning to put in the application on 1st May but with the following doc's to follow later.

My wife shall give her IELTS on May 17th and her papers for ICAS evaluation will take atleast 21 days from today (ie... 23.04.14) to reach ICAS, Canada. My degree cert and marklist has just reached ICAS.
Another important thing is, the assets / funds to show (CAD 18,000), we are short by CAD 6000 which we shall make in a month or max two.
Please tell us if with all the above mentioned hiccups, will our application be processed or don't we stand a chance?

Much appreciate your reply.

Thank you in advance.

Are you aware that FSW will most likely not re-open on May 1st since CIC is kicking off the new Express Entry / EOI process January 1st?

To answer your question - you need to show sufficient proof of funds with your original application. A month or two later won't cut it and will result in an automatic refusal. So you need to wait until you have sufficient proof of funds to apply. If you want points for your wife's language abilities - the IELTS results must also be included in the original application. Same does for your educational assessment. These documents can't follow later. They must be included in the original application.

New FSW declared yesterday no one was feelling it will reopen (including me) but it and with many space
