Checklist Document INM 5612 is it updated on October ?? Urgent pls

Dear All,

I'm submitting my application tomorrow, however, I noticed that the checklist was updated on the cic website on October 2014.

However, when I open the PDF and check the date in the bottom of the page I still find it updated on August.

I cleared my cash and used many browsers with same results..

Pls advice me

Dear don't worry, the Checklist has date on PDF file like IMM 5612 (8-2014) E is the latest one, see the forms list page on CIC and at the end of the page you will find date Date Modified: 2014-12-12

dear I have used old checklist issued in 2013 and my documents and forms accepted and passed the completeness stage,
