Checking Permanent residence card application status

On this page (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=ecas) it says "You may use this service if you have ... applied for a permanent resident card."

Did anyone use ecas tool to check the status for a new PR card application?

I tried, but it didn't show anything in ECAS as far as I could see. The last entry was from the letter we got telling us when my husband's landing appointment was. Since then, nothing.
