So, I'm a bit confused on this one. I have tried logging in with every which number I could find to punch in. I have now recieved the confirmation letter stating I am eligible to sponsor, and the application has been sent accordingly to the applicable visa office outside of Canada. I still cannot seem to login though. On my payment receipt I am using the Trans. Ref No. which consists of R394384203.. not the actual number of course but same format. I have tried entering my information and hers. Kind of making me think that the information I put on the application may not be accurate. Any other suggestions?

Did you try the client id number that came on your sponsorship confirmation letter? If not, try that with the sponsor's name and info.

I am no help.

I haven't been able to login for my kids citizenship at all - even though I have their darned certificates already in hand. I'm not sure if this is just never going ot be on there -or are they deleted after a while?

I actually got through to a Call Centre Agent on my first try(maybe I should go buy a lottery ticket cause it appears to be my lucky day).

Anywho, the letter I received is dated July 29th. So the Agent said that I would have to allow for more time, in case of Sponsorship, I will not be able to view the application online until Singapore confirms they have received it.

So, I'm not sure if you're just jumping the gun aswell can_usa...

Good Luck to you though!!

You should be able to log in now with your Client ID# (see your sponsorship approval letter) and your name and birthdate, but you'll really only get information that you already know . . . that a decision has been made on your application (the sponsor part) and that the application has been transferred to Singapore. When Singapore gets it, they'll log it into the system - but don't count on being able to get much information that way about how things are progressing. Normally eCAS only has the basics: "In Process", sometimes "Medicals Received" and, eventually, "Decision Made". But even "Decision Made" doesn't tell you the outcome . . . all the information you really need to know, you have to wait to get by mailings (and sometimes email) from the Embassy. Usually, no news is good news.

Just in case you don't know, Singapore is currently finalizing spousal applications within 6-17 months after they receive them.
