Check list documents not applicable??

Hi all
i want to know that if some documents like in my application additional depended and some other forms are not applied on my application so i have to send to mention with (Not applicable) or just don't send that forms?

We wrote "N/A" for documents that didn't need to be sent.

Don't leave anything blank on the form and if it's NA then write Not Applicable in the space provided.
