Would appreciate any one guide me on how to en-cash the re-fund check from the embassy few weeks back.
We have applied and our application was refused thus we got the check for the processing fee,Took it to regular bank in the Philippines and they have no clue on how to process and where to take it to,all effort to contact my VO has proven abortive.
