I got the AOR number but still im not able to view process on it

Please type in correct info and try again.

You may select identification type as Immigration file number and type your AOR number and rest is the basic info.

Try agin and I am sure you will see your info.

yes, all the info i'm entering is correct but still same error message

In case you have blank surname ,then enter your <<firstname>> <<lastname) (which will be mentioned in given name in your passport).
Try that...

Give it time.
When did you get your AOR? Mine took a couple of days before I got access. It takes a while for the system to sync up.
