CHC New Delhi no response after 3 months of sending full application

I sent my complete docs in aug2009 to CHC New Delhi and received a new file no. rcvd 10/aug 2009 AOR dated 17 aug 2009. no response till now . what should be the next step. When should I write to CHC and which date is considered as AOR date.(10aug/17 aug). Should I write to them once 3 months are over as mentioned in AOR& at which address.Please advise.

Email them that you sent your file no. ********* and its been more than three months and you would like to know the status of your file. Send it from the same email address which you mentioned in the application form to get quick response.
