Dear all,

Although I try to reply personal messages within 3-5 days but every day I got about 20-35 e-mails from the valued members of this forum. I will further say please don't send the same enquiry repeatedly and allow some time to respond as replying with correct information is a time consuming process. It is also entirely understandable that the FSW applicants are anxious about their PR applications.

I will also suggest all of you to participate in the CIC survey for the new FSW selection criteria and raise various issues such as long waiting times etc or any other issue which you think important and there is a need to be changed.

The General answer to most of the personal messages is,

CHC London is busy to roll over applicant's data to GCMS and will fully resume the processing of FSW applications by April 2011. Ottawa applicants data will also be available on GCMS.

The FSW application processing is in the transition stage and the CIC may introduce the new FSW selection criteria by July 01, 2011.

The fast track post February 2008 applications are nowadays moving forward in a speedy way.

u r a Star in this forum. u r helping us so much......many thanks once again....

we saw that u stated that CHCs r reducing the no. of visas given....so, does it mean that even though if we have got the PPR we have the risk of not getting the visa?

Thanks Nectar for all the valuable information. Can you throw some light on the recent e-cas status messages too?
Does the In Process that is being seen for many applicants mean anything?

At what stage is the applicant made part of the quota for the FSW Visa to be issued? When the medicals are issued or actually when the Visa is stamped in the Passport?

Thanks,

Sorry, but this is nothing New. We already know all this and have discussed it before.
Thank you anyway.

Dear Nectar,

Thanks alot for the good contribution, but as I saw on some of the other posts, some people have already recieved their PPR and/or medical throughout Jan and Feb 2011, whereas you said CIC is busy now by trasfering data into the new system. Another thing is as I understood by yuor old posts that the first half of 2011 will be allocated for processing pre-Feb 2008 (Particularly before August 2007), however, in this post you stated that fast track applications gonna be processed very quickly. does that mean plan changed?
your answer is highly appreciated.

Dear Sir nectar,

Does proposed changes will effect old cases? i apply in sep 2009 got in process in june 2010.

I just want to ask, that i am Tradeperson and my NOC is 2253 Drafting Technologist no university degree, i have HRDC Approved job offer + in caips notes they have given me PSDEC-1 SDEC-4 total points 74.

my statuse change from RBVO to in process in june 2010 and in july i had received letter from VO that i am not satisfied from your ielts results, in respond i have sent him new result and other supporting documents.

Now the main Question is my Score is L 5 R 4.5 W 5.5 S 6 Overall 5.5 its means that i'm on basic level in listening and reading.

As minister said that we have to be more flexible with Treadperson / Technician, he said that applicant will be selected on low english ability eventhough with basic ability if he/she has job offer.

They are looking young People I'm 33.
Do you think that minister has given instructions to visa office?
When those changes will be implemented?

your's sincerely,

No risk at all unless security concerns arise.
