CHC Islamabad not replying my email

hey i emailed them relating to app status after medical but they replied with jus 1 auto generated email of email receival and didnt reply any email regarding application status..

can anybody tell me why?

i did medical on 10th aug

emailed like this format

I would be really grateful if you tell me my student permit application status

File# :xxxxxxxx

try emailing them early morning say around 9..it works for me!

Information you must provide in your Email Enquiry

If you are making an inquiry or sending information regarding an application always include:

Applicant's Full Name (SURNAME, Given names)
Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
File Number (letter/number - if available)
FOSS Number or Client ID in our office (if you know it)
Telephone number including area code: (Example: 010-6532-3536)

yep i did all that

actually last time when i emailed them it was before medical 20 days ago and they replied me within minutes thats why i ws thnkng y they didnt reply this time
