1 of my friend (Married, Spouse not included) got the student visa refusal (CHC - ISB) early in 2011. Now his wife wants to file case for student visa (M.Phil program) including husband in the case as a spouse.

the Question is

Does spouse(Husband) study visa refusal effect individual case by any mean?

And what are the chances for the visa as a spouse included in the case?

1. It will probably affect her visa if the spouse has already been refused. Although it depends on the reason for the refusal. If was "I don't believe that you will leave Canada at the end of your studies" then the chances are pretty slim that he will get a TRV.

1. It depends on the reason of rejection as why was he rejected.
2. The chances are pretty low as the VO will not be satisfied with their home ties.
