changing province before landing in canada

Is it possible to change province before coming to canada, keep in mind that i have applied for trv and study permit and i Am still in my home country.

Sure, especially if your final destination (the city where your education institute is located) in Canada has no direct flight from your home country and you need a connection domestic flight.

You need to clarify the reason for the change...if you have a trv and study permit for say an institution in Ontario then show up in BC expect a grilling. If its a transit scenario then its a different thing...is this a PNP driven change?
