Not sure if anyone has experienced this before: My 74 year old dad has undergone so many chest x-rays in Nigeria in the last 2 years I am afraid of the amount of radiation he has gone through. Apparently a scar shows up on his x-ray and this scar has been there for more than 30 years. In 1979 a doctor told him the same. He is 100% a healthy but CIC has been examining the same scar with no positive result for any disease or condition. This whole immigration process is driving us all nuts and I have gained about 50 pounds in the process!

Can my dad give up his principal applicant rights and give it over to my mom since my brother is a dependant and their medicals is about to expire for the 3rd year due to a lot of ommissions from CIC.

Even if you change priciple applicants he still has to have the medicals done or they will still look at them as everyone being sponsored must go through medicals. So it will have no positive effect.Sorry but why has the doctor not put on his medical xray what the scar is from.
And if he does why is immigration questioning the doc.
