Hi All,

Following are my timelines:

Application Type: FSW/Outland
AOR : 12 sept 2015
Medical Passed : 17 Sept 2015
RPRF Request : 20 Oct 2015 (Paid on 21 Oct 2015)

I have been working with the same organization (ABC) for 3 years and 10 months. A group of senior management guys have decided to move out of the company and take some of the clients along into their new organization(XYZ). I am a key member of one of the projects (of a client) that team has decided to move to company XYZ from ABC. The senior management team has requested/ asked me move from ABC company to XYZ company. I don't have much of a choice but to move to company XYZ now.

I wanted to know if I really need to inform CIC about change in job. I looked up and the CIC page said that they should be informed of any change in employment even when the application is under process. I found some posts which suggested not to bother about updating CIC regarding the job change. But I wonder if my not informing CIC could be an issue in my background check. Some post suggested not to switch jobs until you get PPR. With the current updates coming in (of different people), there is no way to identify a deadline for a potential PPR date for me.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me out and share their experiences of switching jobs while their submitted EE application was in process ??
