My PR application has been submitted on paper since Feb 2021, however, the processing time is long and keep extending.
I was looking for job to change, but not sure how to smoothly transit my closed work permit.
Currently, I'm holding a closed work permit with company A. If I'd like to change to company B, by welcomeBC instruction, they said I need to get a new supporting letter to apply the new work permit.
Does anyone know am I eligible to apply the BOWP, instead of going through the tedious process of transiting WP?
