Changing job during PR process

Hello,
I applied through PNP and I have Open-Work-Permit. About 2 months ago I recieved a request to pay RPRF and I did, but still waiting for my PPR. I've got a job offer from another employer with better conditions and wanted to know if it is ok to change my job? If yes, do I have to inform IRCC about this change? Also any idea how long it takes after paying RPRF??
