Changing job after claiming points for existing job offer

Hi
We are in Canada since 1.5 years. We have recently applied for PR and have got an AOR. My husband has a job offer for one year from existing company and we have claimed it's points. He has now got a new opportunity from another company which also claims to give one year job offer. Can he change the company and update the new offer or should he stay in existing company to claim the job offer points? Fyi..Both the job offers are valid and do not require lmia.

is your husband on employer specific WP? Do you have WP from other company? i think existing letter from your company is no longer valid if you are changing the job. I am guessing experts can chime in but you have got points based on 1 yr experience with existing employer if that changes means those points are no longer valid.
