Changing Institute

Hello,

What is the process to change school after a Study permit is Approved?
My niece got her Passport request today and she would like to change the institutes she was admitted and got all visa related documents from the institute!

Get inside Canada, attend the school she want to study, notify IRCC through the GCKeys account.
