This is my situation, I have a student permit to study in an university in Alberta, but I will change it because I was accepted to study in the university of Toronto. On the other hand, my husband have a one year closed work permit because he is working in a company in Alberta too, my question is if it is possible to change his work permit to an open one within Canada, so that he can find another job in Toronto, I need him to support me while I'm studying. Hi is covering all my expenses.
