I created Fixed Deposit (FD) in State Bank of India on 12-Oct-2020 after receiving required funds from my parents (creating gift deed for the same). On 26-Nov-2020, I received the ITA.
Now when I went back to the bank asking of letter on the required format, they are refused to issue it. They simply gave an auto-generated letter with my name, account number, and current amount on a plain paper.
I am thinking of closing this FD pre-maturely and opening another FD in another bank which is willing to give the letter in the required format.
Now my question:
1. Shall I go ahead and shift the amount?
2. Will this affect my application in any manner?
3. What more proofs will I need to attach to justify this?
