Does that bring your points below 400? If not then fine but email OINP mentioning this.

change is edu. years from 5 to 4 is actually not changing my CRS score. I put 5 years because I finished 4 yr degree in 5 yr. Now I came to know that it should be 4 yr. So can I send explanation letter along with my application for OOPNP? Should I make it 4 years now or let it be 5 years?

Let it be 5 years. Doesn't make a difference to your profile. Rectify this in Personal history section.

Thanks Asivad Anac.
Small query-In personal history section, I have to mention i was studying for 5 years with start and end date of bachelors(I failed 1 year so start and end date will cover 5 years instead of 4) so where I will mention 4 years? Please correct me if I am wrong. Also, do I have to send explanation letter for this with OOPNP paper application?

Mention Education as your activity for that 5 year period in Personal history section. You don't have to send in any other explanation anywhere becasue this makes no difference to your CRS.

Ok. Will do that. But my WES report mentions bachelors degree of 4 years against 5 years in my EE profile..so I hope that wont be problem?

Not a problem. Your Personal history reflects how things actually transpired while WES report reflects what your degree is actually worth in the Canadian context.
