Changing DLI before arrival HELP!!

Hi guys,

Is there anyone who changed university and program before arrival in Canada? Please, share your experience.
My study permit application is in progress. I am planning to change the university and program. The one I used on my study permit application, the program starts in September 2020. My new program will start in January 2021.
I informed IRCC about changing my university by IRCC webform. I will change DLI once my application is approved. Do you think I might have problems when I land in Canada on January at Port of Entry?

What happened last year is irrelevant. The rules have recently changed. You need to apply for a new study permit if you want to change programs now.
