I am about to apply for Student Visa from India. I have offers from two institutions(University of Toronto and Thompson Rivers University) in two different provinces(Ontario and British Columbia). Can I apply for study permit with one offer letter(and DLI) and then change it afterwards(if I decide to) to the other before leaving India? I do not have enough time left to wait and make the decision as the visa process will be time consuming. What should I do?
