Hi guys!

To all those who love to help on this forum -
My current CRS score is 441, I have submitted my profile(On 27 Oct'18) and now I am in the pool. I have 3.2+ years of work experience working with an MNC in Delhi right now. I got an offer letter from a company, in Mumbai and will be shifting from Delhi to Mumbai (switching job places) there in January 2019 (Profile/NOC remains same)
Supposedly, I get an ITA in the next two months (high chances of getting ITA seeing current trends), will switching over job be an issue that Visa officer might raise on my application?
(Assuming all documents in place)

Would appreciate any solutions/recommendations if you can suggest.
Do consider the fact that I cannot lose any draw because I have stringent timelines to get PR before April or Sep next year.

Thank you!

Warm Regards from India,
Ketan Joshi.

You can switch jobs, there is no harm in that.
If you are submitting your PR application before joining next job, then you can leave your current company and work in new job/location.

If you are submitting your PR application after joining next job, then do not forget to mention your new job under personal history, since you already have 3.2 years of work experience.

Thanks a lot man! Removed a load from my head.
Can I update my work history, after receiving ITA?

Thanks Preet for your reply!
I think this clarified my doubt.

I think you will get the invitation in the first draw of November so just start collecting all your documents :)

Yesterday it was 442, I hope it will be coming in Nov draw. Thanks btw vorador!
Can anybody or you suggest do I need to submit any documents related to new company if I join in January supposedly?

Since you already have over 3 years with your previous experience letters your next job will not give you any additional points. Let's say you get the invitation within the first half of November, you will be given only until the first half of January to submit your application. This means it doesn't make sense that you will ask the new company to provide you a job experience letter for two weeks

Thanks a lot vorador :)
If by chance ITA comes, I would mention in my LOE that I am changing my employer in upcoming January and will share the joining letter.

Hope that will suffice. :)
