Seems like noones able to help here...

Iv withdrawn from the course for which I got TRV (deferred to May sem) but now want to join another college for Jan itself. If I show new LOA and tell them reason for deference/cancel will I still be issued SP? Or can i show old withdrawn LOA only and gain entry n then join the second college? Which is less risky or more appropraiet?

Has anyone done this and succeeded????

In the past 24 hrs you've asked this probably 5 times. If you haven't got an answer by now, you probably wont. Call an immigration agent or CIC.

I gave you a relevant answer. I'll say it again:

Call an immigration agent or CIC.

CIC here in Delhi wont say a word other than call VFS. I would like to get in touch with an IA but theyre paid for the most part. this is something real time people would be able to tell better, imho.

Cic canada have an advice line. Go on the website and look up the number. If you want a better answer fast, you are likely going to have to dobthat or contact vfs or an ia.

If you don't want to do either of the above, mthen all you can do is sit and wait and hope someone will answer.

So far, I am the only one who have. There is no need to shoot the messenger just because you don't like the answer.
