Hello, here is my story.
I submitted my OINP application just 3 days ago - Nov 6th. I have no idea how long it will take to get nominated, some others hope that by the end of the year. Hard to believe if you ask me.
Now, I have received a job offer from another country, this is a 12 month contract which would start Jan 1 or Feb 1, if I delay my decision. I would have to move to that country and become a resident there for 12 months.
Question: how does it complicate the whole process? Not just OINP, but also future ITA and eAPR steps. Is it worth it?
The thing is that I don't have to accept that offer to prosper, but the country is definitely a nice one (palms and beaches), although with the language I do not know at all.
So is it safe to accept that offer and move over there for a year, or it could jeopardize my whole plans to move to Canada?
Thanks.
