changing college or university in canada

like now we have to pay full year fee to the college or university we are going to this means we are stuck in the same college and university for a year and can anybody please tell me what is procedure of changing college or university after we complete one year in it and also tell me how the courses work with changing college or university EXAMPLE : i am going for computer information system diploma so will i be able to get transfer in the college or university offering computer information system .right?
can anybody please explain me about the procedure .

You only need to pay one-year's fees if you want SDS stream, you can apply for a refund from college but some amount of money you will lose.

If you don't want to lose money choose a college you actually want to go to not whichever one you get admission to.

You could be eligible for a credit transfer to another college/university but you must complete at least a semester and the college/university must be willing to accept the work done in your previous college.
