What happens if sponsor quits full time work to pursue full time studies? My husband has plans of going back to college and finish his Paralegal degree. He dropped out when we got married. He'll be working part time (15 hrs/week) at his dad's trucking company once the term starts. Should he just keep working for now until my visa arrives? We didn't receive AOR yet.
. The only thing CIC is concerned with is a sponsor who is in receipt of Welfare.
