I'm a little confused and I'm hoping for clarification.
During the application process I am sure I had read that it asks if your current role has been over three years (not that exact wording). Is this the case, and if so will it affect my application if not?
I ask as though I have been in my role for over 3 years, it's getting to the point where I may need to switch companies. The company, and role does the exact same as mu currently role, and I would be moving as they would offer better opportunities to progress (should the Canada thing fall though). I obviously would not leave if this would hinder my chances.
I work within Management, and have been a Manager since graduating university in 2009.
Also - off topic, but are people successful in finding a role prior to submitting their application? I've been looking for roles, and applying on the off chance.
