Changes in forms when submiting to VO

Hi!

I'm getting confused. I got my 1st AOR and now I need to send documents to VO, I have some changes in my life so I need to put it in application.

As far as I understand from AOR I need to fill the new forms and attach letter of saying what's new in these forms from the moment when i sent them to CIO.

I'm planing to fill new forms with information + attach letter which identifies changes + attach forms I sent to CIO (old version) is that correct?

You are almost in the corect way. Just fill the form and do signature as you did previously.Write a cover letter explaining the corrections you made, the resoans for the correction etc. That will be helful for the VO to find the changes in the specific places of the aplication.
I think you don't need to send the old version.

make it as clear and easy to understand as possible, thats the key
