Hello, I received my study permit last week to study at the University of Montreal for the winter semester 2020. A few days later, I received the acceptance of the University of Ottawa for the fall of 2020. Is it possible to stay in Morocco until September 2020 and study in Ottawa or I have to come to study in Montreal?

You gotta let IRCC know about your changes so that the study permit can match the school you want to go. I mean, you already applied for your permit and thet have University of Montreal on the system, they gotta change to University of Ottawa to issue you the right study permit. You will have to send proof of Letter of Acceptance and let them know you want to change to Ottawa
