Change test date - how much delay currently?

Hi there, I recently applied and my friend and I now thinking of doing a backpacking trip in a couple months. I could potentially fly back during the trip but I would prefer not to.
1. If I just request a new test date right after getting the notice, how much later will a new date usually be?
2. Is there any way to push the test at least 3 months?
