change status from visitors to worker inside Canada

Could be a risk to go in Canada with the status of visitor for 6 months, and when you're there, find a job and change your status in worker!??!
If you have a job offer from your employer, positive labor market opinion, clean criminal records and financial support,
there is a risk that your application for a work permit is refused?

No you cannot switch your status from visitor to work permit. The condition of your visitor visa means that you cannot take up employment. If you are deciding to change status from visitor to work permit then you are jumping the line and this is unfair to others who have applied and waiting for work permit to enter Canada from abroad

I asked that because i saw on CIC website you can apply for work permit online and inside Canada! Just u need a Temporary Resident Permit that is valid for 6 months, job offer and positive LMO
Maybe I did not understand!
