Hi.

I have student visa for studying Early childhood education diploma 2 yrs in Seneca college in Toronto. But for some reasons i want to move and study in Albert in same field.
I have a student visa- Husband& Daughter have a visitor visa.

First of all
- Can I change my study permit from Ontario to study in Alberta?.
- What are the benefits for international student such as health insurance for spouse and my daughter in Alberta ?.
- Will be there child care subsidy for my daughter 2.5 yrs?.
Please advise!.

Your husband and daughter are only visitors so they don’t qualify for health insurance or any subsidies.

Yes you can change colleges. After you get accepted to your other college there is a process online to notify CIC about your change in college. If you have a semester off between changing programs you can not work at all.

But i am studying in Public college and I heard my daughter 2.5 yrs can get subsidy child care in Ontario province. Am i right?

Your child is on a visitor visa and so wouldn't qualify for Canadian government programs. If your husband is on a visitor visa as well he should be available to care for your child during the day.
