Change program and length of PGWP

Hello
Any one know how long i can get PGWP with below circumstance ?

Currently enrolled 3 year advanced diploma program and will finish 1st year(2 semester) at the end of Apr 2019.

If i am change my program to 1 year certificate program, different field of study, starting Sep 2019. Can i get 3 year PGWP when i complete 1 year certificate program ?

No - you won't. You will qualify for a PGWP equal to the length of the program you actually finished. So you'll get a 1 year PGWP.
