Change of visa processing office before AOR recieved

Hi there,
I have got ontario pnp nominaion and applied for federal pr.I am an inland canada applicant staying here for 3 yrs, but i kept my visa proceessng as new delhi (country of origin) but came to know upon getting ppr i need to send passports to new delhi, is this true??? r can we get stamped in canada. can we change our visa processing office before receivng AOR.
