Change of VISA Officer

WIll it be delayed if My VISA officer Changed. I have Got Medical Request & DOne & sent. But Due to New Born Baby, My Application is Just Hold. So My Question is will it be delayed or will be processed faster???

I will suggest that you wait until you get your visa, remember that the VO can refuse to transfer your file and once is done, it will take you longer.
