Change of visa office requested for process of application

Hello everyone. I am just wondering. I am working in Trinidad and Tobago at the moment, and might move to US after a year. If I write Port of Spain (Trinidad and Tobago) in IMM 0008 for visa office requested for process of application and later move away from Trinidad, can I change the visa office to the country that I move to, such as in the US or I keep the communication with Port of Spain?
