Hey guys!

I'm preparing my SOP for study permit application after rejection. My first application was refused because my study plan found vague by the visa officer. I've decided to change my program. Should I mention my first rejection and add justification for the change of program?

I have a bachelor's of civil engineering and 12 years of experience in construction industry. First time I've applied for a computer programming advanced diploma (yeah I know)and now I'm applying for a post graduate certificate in construction project management.
Thank you for your time.

Have you been doing any construction management during your12 yearsof work? Does the program involve a lot of content that is specific to Canada? If so that would cause a potential problem because you need to convince a IRCC that the degree will lead to career advancement in your home country.

Yeah, for the most of 12 years I have been working as a chief which is a low level construction management title. My purpose is to advance to a higher management position.
