change of status " Family Accompanying" CHC London

Dear All,

I sent an email on 11 march,2010 regarding change of status " Family Accompanying" to CHC london.
They are not replying to my Query. As this is very Urgent issue , because my passport is with them since feb2010.

Please advice, what shall i do? Senior members.
Contact them again or wait for 28 days timeline.
